Participation
All customers who bought any one of our canopies and signed up on this page are qualified to review for the money back (Not all canopies but only those mentioned on this page). Each person can only participate once in each market or event.

Authorization Terms and Conditions
By Submitting your photos/videos/stories, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
a. Quictent shall have the irrevocable right to distribute any content provided by yourself or any and all of your dependants through this submission in conjunction with these terms both domestically and worldwide, where it shall remain thereafter.
b. By entering this competition, you are providing consent to Quictent to contact you by email for marketing and promotional purposes following this competition. You will always be given the option to opt-out of receiving any further communication.
c. Quictent shall own all rights to any submission in perpetuity. By submitting your photos/videos, you agree that all ownership of the copyright in the material supplied in conjunction with these terms shall remain with Quictent exclusively. You agree that no remuneration shall be provided in conjunction with your submission.
d. By submitting your photos/videos, you hereby agree to waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including but not limited to any written copy that may be created in connection there with or the use to which it may be applied. You acknowledge that Quictent is under no obligation to use your submission.
e. By submitting a photo/video, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and your submission deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
f. To the maximum extent by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Quictent and its successors, assigns and licensees, harmless from and against all actions, proceedings, suits, claims, or demands brought or made against any of them, and from and against any damage, loss, cost or expenses (including reasonable legal expenses as between solicitor and client) suffered or incurred by any of them, arising directly or indirectly from or in consequence of any breach of your representations as set out in these terms.
g. Quictent reserves the right to restrict entry or to modify the terms and conditions without notice if necessary.
